This list is the same list that is built into the game [DATA_007110],
describing most of the populated systems in the FFE galaxy.
Systems with "Less than 1,000" seems to be randomly created.
There are also some sectors which are created according to a template
rather than specs for each individual system, those systems are not
listed here.
The list is in the same order as it is in the game.
